Providence Youth
We believe our future is in our youth, and our goal is to provide a safe place where our youth can learn about the saving grace of Jesus and find purpose in Him as they enjoy fun, fellowship, and food. We have weekly meetings throughout the school year at 7:00 p.m. here at the church. We also have monthly activities like bowling, skating, cookouts, or going to the beach. Our youth game room will open at 5:30 P.M. every Friday before our meetings. This will be a fun time for our youth to fellowship and enjoy video games as well as each other in a safe, supervised environment. Our meetings will begin at 7:00 P.M. Join us Friday nights as we help the youth of our church and community find purpose in life as well as friends to connect with.This past year has been great for our youth. We are finishing the year with our youth Sunday that will be followed by a picnic at the beach on June 13th. I would like to take this time to thank everyone who helped with our youth program; A.J. Hall, John Evans, Andrea Bartlett, Jennifer Hermes, and Marie and David Willis. I would also like to thank the church for providing a safe place to meet and giving us the means to have a successful youth ministry. Be on the look out for events during the summer. |
